When you tell us about your business

The guided inquiry asks for your name, email, company and the workflow you would like to improve. Current tools are optional. Do not include passwords, financial account numbers, sensitive personnel information or confidential client records.

How your inquiry is sent

This website prepares a message; it does not submit your inquiry to a website database. You can review the full message and choose to open your email application, compose in Gmail, or copy it into your usual email service. We receive it only after you send the email. The website cannot confirm email delivery.

Choosing “Compose in Gmail” opens Google with the recipient, subject and message in the compose URL. Google and your email provider process the information you choose to send. This handoff happens only when you select that option.

Before you choose an email option, the form information remains in the page’s memory. This site does not save inquiry details in browser storage or send them to an intake service. Closing or refreshing the page clears the form state.

What we use it for

We use inquiries to assess fit, respond, discuss scope and, where agreed, prepare a proposal. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter, authorize access to your systems, or create a contract.

Information is kept for responding and maintaining an appropriate business record. We do not promise a specific deletion period here. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to necessary business and legal recordkeeping.

Service providers and website requests

The hosting service and email providers process the information needed to serve the website and deliver messages. They may process connection information such as IP addresses, timestamps and security logs. Client-owned accounts do not mean that service providers never process data.

No advertising pixels, behavioral tracking scripts, third-party fonts or marketing cookies are installed in the default website build. We do not sell inquiry information. Adding analytics, advertising or other processing will require reviewing this notice and the associated controls before activation.

AI and implementation access

The current inquiry form is not a live AI chat or voice assistant. Any later AI-assisted processing of inquiries must be configured and disclosed appropriately. Access to a customer’s systems, the tools used and the data involved are agreed separately for an implementation. An inquiry alone does not grant that access.
